Premium Sound & Design: For over 65 years Harman/Kardon has been dedicated to delivering a luxurious audio experience that allows you to feel the music and immerse yourself in the moment. The Citation Sub houses a front-firing 10" woofer powered by a built-in 200 watt (RMS) amplifier inside a bass reflex enclosure with a rear-firing port for dynamic bass performance. The Citation Sub combines its luxurious audio with a sophisticated and beautiful design. Its premium blended wool fabric, made by Kvadrat, is dirt-repellent and flame-retardant.

Compatibility: You can create a 2.1ch stereo system by combining the Citation Sub with a pair of Harman/Kardon Citation Towers, create a 3.1ch home theater system by combining the Citation Sub with the H/K Citation Bar sound bar speaker, or a 4.1ch/5.1ch home theater system by combing the Citation Sub with the H/K Citation Bar sound-bar and Citation Surround speakers (all sold separately). The sub's low-pass crossover is automatically adjusted to match either the Citation Bar or Towers.

Note: The Citation Sub can only be used as a wireless-powered sub for the Harman/Kardon Citation Bar or Citation Towers. It is not compatible with other active sound-bar and tower speakers.

WiSA Connectivity: The Citation Sub features 5GHz WiSA (Wireless Speaker & Audio) technology which allows it to connect wirelessly to the Harman/Kardon Citation Bar sound-bar speaker or Citation Towers speakers - no running cables to your powered subwoofer. You'll use the touchscreen display menu on top of the Citation Bar or Citation Towers to wirelessly sync the sub and speakers together. WiSA offers perfect synchronization with nearly zero latency and 24-bit/48kHz audio.

Placement Options: Because the Citation Sub is wireless and has a range of approximately 50', it can be placed almost anywhere in the room. Placing the wireless-powered subwoofer on the same wall as the Citation Bar or Towers will provide the best overall performance. Putting the sub in a corner will produce the most bass output.

AC Power: The Citation Sub comes with a detachable 6' AC power cord which will need to be plugged into the back of the powered sub and an AC power outlet or surge protector (sold separately).

Citation Series: The Citation Sub is part of the Harman/Kardon Citation series of WiFi & Bluetooth-enabled audio speakers with Chromecast built-in, allowing you to create a whole-house multiroom audio system. The Citation speaker lineup consists of various speaker options to meet practically every listening need - including multiple countertop speaker options, a pair of tower speakers, surround speakers, sound-bars, and a powered subwoofer (all sold separately).
