It's voice-matched to Debut 2.0 bookshelf and tower speakers and provides crystal-clear dialogue and realistic center-channel sound effects. Its relatively compact size and front-firing ports make it a nice fit for smallish entertainment cabinets or shelves.

The original Debut Series center channels were a hit with our customers. The newly designed C5.2 has been re-engineered to get the most out of today's home theater receivers, leaving more power for your system's other speakers.
The C5.2 also sports an improved 1" silk dome tweeter for an extended high-frequency response, along with a pair of updated 5-1/4" aramid-fiber woofers for smooth mids and punchy bass.

Fans of ELAC know that renowned speaker designer Andrew Jones has been at the helm of the Debut series since the beginning. Jones himself designs the magnets, woofers, crossovers, and enclosures for each Debut speaker.
